ノンバイナリーのノア（22）は、ただ自分らしく日々を生きたいと願っている。しかし、日常の中で繰り返される差別が、その思いを何度も遮る。ノアは傷つく瞬間をやり過ごすため、感情をいったん心の端に置いて生活している。それでも、抑え込んだマイノリティストレスは、夢の中で激しく姿を現す。
本作は、差別の経験とどう向き合い、自分の感情をどう扱っていくのかを模索するノアの姿を追った作品である。特別なドラマではなく、日々の小さな出来事の積み重ねを描くことで、ノンバイナリーの人のリアルな生活に寄り添う。誕生日を祝う時間もあれば、気づかないうちに傷つけられる言葉（マイクロアグレッション）に直面する瞬間もある。
また、本作はクィアの回復力や連帯、怒りの表現を描いた作品でもある。
Noa (22), non-binary, just wants to live their life. Yet daily encounters with discrimination keep getting in the way. To cope, Noa pushes these moments aside. But in their dreams, the minority stress rages.
The film follows Noa in their quest to emotionally navigate their experiences of discrimination. In a slice-of-life style, we delve into the daily life of a non-binary person.
The film explores queer resilience, solidarity and the expression of anger.
