Welcome to Kyoto International Student Film&Video Festival 2007

We have been trying to create a wonderful encounter with a movie produced by college students for ten years in Kyoto.

Student film is hardly ever seen, but it shows something which never changes according to time as well as something which reflects its own time.
When these works go beyond an existing “frame”, we can probably find a new talent.

Every member of staff always keeps in mind and is proud that our festival has been held for ten years as a rare and valuable film festival where you can see domestic and foreign student film.

I hope we will find the present and the future of film with all our audiences and producers at the festival.
